It's need a little while since my last post, a lot has happened which I will fill you in about. However this post is about my new Christmas pattern. I decided to make a snow effect background rather than just having a plain background. I personally think that it adds a nice effect to the picture/pattern. With a lot of my patterns they tend to be a front on photo/picture of the character, however this time I went for a side on approach which I wasn't sure if it would work, but i think it does. I'm still not completely sure if it does work well, but it did look better than the first design i came up with. I do however feel that the colours work well together.
