Whats new?

Well a lots happened since I last posted on here. We have moved marina's, changed jobs sort of, done some work to the boat as well as working out what I want to do next.



I have wanted for a while to get back into letting you all know what i have been up to, as well as releasing some new content, however this sadly hasn't been the case. Its been for a number of reasons a lot have changed in the last couple of months which i have briefly mentioned above which i will go into more detail about later, but also i haven't completely been in a good place, the amount of change which has happened in such a sort time period has had a lot of stress on me, and I haven't had the mental focus to sit down and just write something down. It may sound stupid, and writing this now feels a little like that. But i just haven't had the focus that i have wanted to give my blog, and i know that i need to make myself sit down and commit to just starting out small and working my way back to posting content regularly, so apologise for not being around, as well as now showing off my new patterns. Enough of that let me tell you whats been going on.

We have recently moved to Nottingham for work, but we also wanted a change, as the marina which we were at for the last four years has changed management over the last year, and it hasn't been a change for the good. I wont bore you with the namer of the marina, as this isn't a blog for bitching but it was a needed move. And the move was amazing, It took us roughly 6 - 8 hours to travel on the boat, and we loved ever minute of it. To be honest I think buddy loved it most every time we got to a lock I would jump off and go ahead to set the lock ready, in which buddy would join my and have a run around, as well as toilet stops, he never wanted to get back on the boat as he was having to much fun.

Just a couple of days before leaving the marina we have a pram cover built for the back of the boat. This is a cover for the back of the boat so you can step on and be undercover, an extra room/ material conservatory. However the technical term is pram cover, I don't get it either. I tell you want it makes a massive difference, not only having somewhere outside the boat to dry clothes but also just having somewhere to sit out on a sunny day and not have everyone staring at me. We have wanted one of these for a few years now, however  do to timing and number of things happening it hasn't happened till now. However it's been a wait worth waiting for. And again buddy have really been enjoying it. 

So i mentioned that i have changed jobs sort of, well i have transferred stores, which i have needed, and the change has been great, everyone has been really nice and definitely feels more like a team, but again it takes me a little while to adjust to. I am one of those people which can be quite quiet till I get to know someone.  But this store is going to be a better fit for me. 

So whats next for me and this blog, well I am going to take it slowly and sit done and try and just has fun with it, just like i did when i started, not over think things and hope you all love it and enjoy the journey with me.
