Winnie the Pooh Coasters

I love these coasters, I found a design on pintrest and wanted to try and create my own version of these. I originally wanted to try and find some cream/white tiles but after looking round for some I was unable to find something that worked for me. I feel that the wooden coasters worked, however I now feel that this would of worked better if I had covered the whole coaster, rather than leaving a boarder. It works but I feel that it would of looked a little cleaner as well as blended in better if I had.

I used Mod Podge Water-Based sealer to make it water proof, as I knew that it would need to be when being used as a coaster.  I do intend to make these coaster again but this time I am going to make a few changes try and find the right coasters/ tiles which I wanted to originally use, I may even try and make the picture/map go all the way to the edge of the tile.So when there all together it looks like a complete map.
